Shipping and returns

Shipping:

Our fulfillment center typically fulfills orders within 24-72 business hours except holiday time where orders can take slightly longer to ship out. Orders placed anytime during the week will usually be shipped the following business day and orders placed on the weekend typically ship on the following Monday or Tuesday. We ship with FedEx (4-5 days) for garments, and DHL (7-10 days) for masks. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number.

Returns:

We have a 30-day return policy. All refunds will be issued back to your original payment method. Refunds are issued once your item has been received and processed by our fulfillment center. Please note, this can take up to 1 week after delivery. We offer returns on any gear that has not been used or altered/tailored. Note the term “used” meaning for the gear’s intended purpose, such as wearing to work, for a weekend getaway, or out to dinner. Any items returned that are altered, washed, worn, or damaged will not be eligible for refund or credit, and the items will be forfeited. All items must be returned in original packaging with all tags on the garments and unaltered. If you're unsure about anything, please don't hesitate to contact our customer service team at support@houseofx.com. Clearance sales items are final and cannot be exchanged or returned.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I guarantee my size?

All our products are hand made and due to such there is a 1-2cm tolerance that should be accounted for when choosing your size. If you fall in between a size, we recommended choosing the bigger size to ensure a proper fit. Please refer to our sizing chart here before purchasing.

Can I return/exchange my items?

If you changed your mind with your purchase, you are most welcome to send back your purchase within 30 days after delivery for an exchange or a refund. Returned items must be unused and in original condition (in original packaging with plastic wrapper intact). Returns that do not satisfy these requirements will not qualify for a refund or an exchange. These returns will be discarded and will not be sent back to the sender.

We will refund your product(s) for the purchased value to the account originally used when making your purchase. Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable.

What is the shipping time and cost?

Due to the current situation with COVID-19 across the globe, we have experienced very poor service with all different types of “free” postal service providers. Therefore, we decided to only offer a more reliable Express Shipping (FedEx or DHL) option to mitigate shipping issues and provide a better experience for all customers.

Please note that our shipping does not include potential custom fees outside the USA and Australia. Remote area charges might apply in certain areas.

Our orders take 24-72 hours to process (due to weekends) and 4-7 days to deliver depending on the country.

We offer free express shipping on orders over $150.

What are the care instructions?

Because all our jackets are treated, they will absorb less odor and stains, and should be washed less frequently.

Due to the shoulder pads and chest canvas, our jackets are dry clean only. We recommend dry-cleaning once every month or two depending on how often you wear your jacket.

A Excellent Experience

Ordering my first xJacket from House of X, I really didn’t know what to expect. Upon opening the box I knew I was in for an exciting surprise. From the rubberised waterproof suit bag, the quality hanger and of course that sublime jacket. Everything I saw and felt spoke of class and attention to detail. The fact that I instantly thought I should buy a couple more, says volumes about House of X and their immaculately designed products.
