What size should I get?

We provide detailed size charts with all the measurements needed to find your size. Please double-check your measurements before placing your order.

How long can I use one filter?

The package includes two replaceable filters. Each filter lifetime depends on many factors but especially air pollution levels in your surroundings. On average our filters last for 100 hours of usage but we advise changing the filter every second week for hygienic reasons.

Is the mask machine washable? Can it be put in a dryer?

The mask is machine washable, but please make sure to use cold water and delicate mode. Detach any filters or valves before washing. To ensure the longest lifespan of your xMask, hand wash with soap.

Do not tumble dry. Lay flat to dry and make sure it is fully dried before using or storing away.

Filters are not washable due to the static filtering technology. If the filter is soaked in water, the static filtering efficiency will be reduced.

Delivery time?

Orders are shipped out within 1 to 2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Once shipped, your order should arrive within 4 to 7 business days for most countries.

Taxes/Customs Fees - International shipping charges do not include duties and taxes for applicable countries. You will need to pay the carrier at the time of delivery to release your order. Please note: If you refuse your package upon arrival, the shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.

What is your return policy?

We offer 30 day returns and exchanges for unopened packages. Due to the hygienic nature of masks, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once the package has been opened.

If you’ve paid for shipping, please be advised that we won’t be able to refund the shipping fee as the payment goes directly to our shipping partners.

Warranty policy?
