If you’re not happy with the fit of any garment, we’ll replace it at no cost*. Alternatively, you can return it within 45 days for a full refund.

  • Model is 6'2" and 183 lbs wearing size 42L jacket
  • Sizes are optimized for most people from 5’4" to 6’4"
  • We recommend using the Find My Size app to check your size
  • Tailoring the xJacket 5.0 is not recommended due to the unique construction
  • Tailored or altered garments won't be eligible for refunds or exchanges or covered by warranty

  • Machine wash cold on gentle cycle or hand wash, use light detergent

Shipping We offer Free Shipping for all contiguous US orders over $135. We also offer affordable rates for international shipping. Shipping times range from 3-10 business days depending on your location.

International shipping charges do not include duties or taxes for applicable countries. You will need to pay the carrier at the time of delivery to release your order. Please note: If you refuse your package upon arrival, the shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.

Returns We offer 45-day returns & exchanges for items in brand-new condition (unsoiled, unwashed, unaltered). Please keep the tags intact and the garments clean when trying them on at home. Do not wear them outside.

Return shipping is free within the US. If you’re returning from overseas, we ask that you cover that cost. You will not be refunded for shipping cost or any duties/taxes incurred.

    Much better than I expected

    I am in love with this suit! I used the sizing tool on the website and the suit almost fits like it was tailored for me. I did have to take it to a tailor for the small alteration. The shoulders were just a little bit too wide but it was an easy and quick alteration, the tailor did it in one day and didn't charge me much. The fabric is much more high quality feeling than I expected. I expected this to look kind of like a nice suit for when I travel but the quality of actually high enough that I think I'm just going to start wearing these instead of my normal suits. I'm going to get a few more colors. The thing legitimately looks and feels like a nice suit which I couldn't really tell from the pictures and YouTube videos I'd watched. It doesn't look or feel cheap at all. The shipping was fast also and I got exactly what I ordered. I'll definitely be a repeat customer.
