Shipping We offer Free Shipping for all contiguous US orders over $125. We also offer affordable rates for international shipping. Shipping times range from 2-7 business days depending on your location.

International shipping charges do not include duties or taxes for applicable countries. You will need to pay the carrier at the time of delivery to release your order. Please note: If you refuse your package upon arrival, the shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.

Returns We offer 45-day returns & exchanges for items in brand-new condition (unsoiled, unwashed, unaltered). Please keep the tags intact and the garments clean when trying them on at home. Do not wear them outside.

Return shipping is free within the US. If you’re returning from overseas, we ask that you cover that cost. You will not be refunded for shipping cost or any duties/taxes incurred.

    Missing article.

    Your company has a lot of issues with shipping. My xsquare was missing and your support team wanted a picture of everything I got in the package to send me a new one. However, the picture was not enough. Not worth my time. This is on top of having to wait more than a month to get my original xsuit purchase. Apparently, it was lost by the carrier. Your customer support has a lot of room for improvement.

    Quality pocket square

    I own four different suits from X suit. Three different ties, and now a pocket square. Everything they make is quality. This is definitely the gold standard.
