Returns & Exchanges
We offer 30-day hassle free exchanges and returns for items that are in brand new, original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with the hang tags intact. Gift cards and clearance sale items are non-refundable. All product returns must be shipped back in their original packaging and include all accessories (hangers, collar tips, spare buttons, etc.). Returns are refunded to the original payment method used during purchase or can be received as store credit.
Return shipping is free within the US. International customers must source their own return shipping label and are responsible for all return fees including customs/duties.
Due to the hygienic nature of masks, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once the package has been opened.
xSuit, at its discretion, reserves the right to charge a restocking and repacking fee of up to 15% if products or packaging are returned in poor condition or missing components or accessories. In addition, xSuit reserves the right to not issue a refund at all if the return is missing components or accessories, or if products are damaged due to misuse or negligence.
