We offer 60 days free returns and exchanges on any orders that has not been used or altered/tailored. Click here to access our Returns Center.

Note the term “used” meaning for the gear’s intended purpose, such as wearing to work, for a weekend getaway, or out to dinner. Taking the gear for a “test-drive” then deciding you don’t like it or would like a different color is not permitted. Any items returned that are altered/tailored, washed, worn, or damaged will not be eligible for refund or credit, and item will be forfeited.

We cover shipping cost to you for any returns and exchanges. To initiate a return, click here to access our Returns Center which will include a return address and shipping instructions. You can access your order number by signing in to an existing account, or by creating a new account with the email address used to place your initial order. 

All Items marked with banner "Final Sale" or "Sale" can not be refunded or exchanged.

Since our fulfillment center gets to your order so quickly, you must send an email as soon as possible and we'll do our best to make the change. Depending on how soon we receive the address change email, we'll be able to let you know if the change can be made. We'll do all we can to help with an alternate solution if the above condition can't be met.

Our fulfillment center typically fulfills orders within 24-72 business hours except holiday time where orders can take slightly longer to ship out. Orders placed anytime during the week will usually be shipped the following business day and orders placed on the weekend typically ship on the following Monday or Tuesday. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number.

We have a 60-day return policy. All refunds will be issued back to your original payment method, wherever possible. In the unlikely event that your authorization period has ended, we will issue a PayPal credit. Refunds are issued once your item has been received and processed by our fulfillment center. Please note, this can take up to 1 week after delivery. We offer returns on any gear that has not been used or altered/tailored. On promotions including a "free" item with order, the promotion will result in a discount for the dollar value of that specific item (ex. free shirt with purchase of pants would be a discount for the value of the shirt). If the pants are returned, only the percentage-of-value for pants to the total order (after the discount) will be refunded. To receive a full refund in this scenario, all items (including the shirt) would need to be returned. We understand that while we trust that our products are designed, produced, and manufactured in the best way possible, there's always room for improvement. We want you to get into gear from us that makes you 100% happy and while we are still expanding, it may take our customers a few tries to find that perfect fit, feel, and aesthetic exactly for you. If the new desire size is not availbale our team will contact you and offer you a refund or store credit. We offer free shipping and exchanges on any gear that has not been used or altered/tailored as a favor for your support, understanding, and flexibility. If you need to issue a return/exchange, you may do it through our ReturnsCenter here. Simply enter your order number and email and choose the item(s) you would like to return/exchange.

We do our best to process returns immediately. Please allow 5-7 business days after your return is received for a refund to appear. For faster processing, you can always exchange for store credit.

We are unable to accept returns for gear that has been damaged via dry-cleaning, faulty care, accidents, etc. For gear that has been damaged as a sign of manufacturing defect or faulty quality (though rare). If this happens to your gear, please email us at support@xsuit.com with the following information: Your first and last name used to order + Your order number for the damaged gear + Description of the damage + Photo(s) of the damage. If this happens, we can help with either getting a replacement item or repairing the damaged item at your local tailor.

You’re more than welcome to try on the gear at home and decide if you like the gear, if not, then the gear is still returnable. We typically cannot take back merchandise that has been used. In the event of delivery of incomplete goods, the buyer must inform us by email, at support@xsuit.com, requesting a new delivery that fits the order, with dispatch costs to be borne by us.

All the products given to the carrier are and remain in an excellent state. We attach particular importance to the quality of our products and we are very attentive to the opinions of our customers. The buyer must inform us by email at support@xsuit.com. Our customer service will reply to you and inform you of the process that follows.

We encourage repairing the products you love, rather than exchanging, whenever possible. Send us the invoice and we'll reimburse you in store credit for the damage! To initiate a repair, please send an email to support@xsuit.com
