  • The xMask Air Neo Filter has been re-engineered in order to provide superior protection against harmful particles. The main difference with the new filter is that it is thinner and softer, making it easier to breathe in. The 5 layer filter technology filters out 95% of particulate matter in the air, making it one of the world’s most advanced filters. These filters come equipped with Velcro attachments compatible with the xMask Air Neo. *Compatible with xMask Air Neo

    • The xMask Air Neo filter is tested with results showing 95% filtering efficiency against particles down to 0.3μm in size. The mask filters the following particles in the air you breathe:


    1. PM 0.3-10, dust and other air pollutants
    2. Pollen and other allergens
    3. Bacteria and other germs
    4. Wildfire smoke & cigarettes

    5. How long can I use one filter?


      In the package you get 2 changeable filters. Each filter lifetime depends on many factors such as the pollution in your surroundings. On average our filters last 100 hours but we advise to change every second week for hygienic reasons.

    6. As our masks and filters are hygiene products, we do not accept returns for these specific products. If you receive the product with any quality issues, feel free to contact us and we’ll assist you with an exchange.
      Please note that we will not accept order cancellations once the items are on route or delivered. Address changes are not allowed after placing an order.

  • Our fulfillment center typically fulfills orders within 24-72 business hours except holiday time where orders can take slightly longer to ship out. Orders placed anytime during the week will usually be shipped the following business day and orders placed on the weekend typically ship on the following Monday or Tuesday. We ship with FedEx (4-5 days) for garments, and DHL (7-10 days) for masks. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number.

  • Due to the hygienic nature of face-masks, the xMask and its accessories are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. For masks that has been damaged as a result of a manufacturing defect (very rare) or damaged during delivery, please email us at support@houseofx.com within 24 hours of receipt with the following information: Your first and last name used to order, your order number for the damaged gear, a description of the damage and photo(s) of the damage. If this happens we can replace the item.

      • INTERCHANGABLE FILTER
      The key to protection is in the mask's filter. When you breathe with the mask on, air passes through five important layers of protection before it reaches your lungs. Each layer has a different density in order to filter particles of different sizes. The multi-layer filter technology consists of the following layers:
      Outside PP Layer: Outside filter wrapping in a durable finish
      Active Carbon Layer: Filters gases and reduces odor
      1st Electro Charged Layer: Filters larger PM10, pollen and other allergens
      2nd Electro Charged Layer: Filters smaller PM2.5, dust and bacteria
      Inside PP Layer: Inside filter with ultra-smooth and skin-friendly finish
      The filter is replaceable and lasts for about 100 hours. Each mask includes 2x filters.

      Frequently Asked Questions

      How do I guarantee my size?

      All our products are hand made and due to such there is a 1-2cm tolerance that should be accounted for when choosing your size. If you fall in between a size, we recommended choosing the bigger size to ensure a proper fit. Please refer to our sizing chart here before purchasing.

      Can I return/exchange my items?

      If you changed your mind with your purchase, you are most welcome to send back your purchase within 30 days after delivery for an exchange or a refund. Returned items must be unused and in original condition (in original packaging with plastic wrapper intact). Returns that do not satisfy these requirements will not qualify for a refund or an exchange. These returns will be discarded and will not be sent back to the sender.

      We will refund your product(s) for the purchased value to the account originally used when making your purchase. Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable.

      What is the shipping time and cost?

      Due to the current situation with COVID-19 across the globe, we have experienced very poor service with all different types of “free” postal service providers. Therefore, we decided to only offer a more reliable Express Shipping (FedEx or DHL) option to mitigate shipping issues and provide a better experience for all customers.

      Please note that our shipping does not include potential custom fees outside the USA and Australia. Remote area charges might apply in certain areas.

      Our orders take 24-72 hours to process (due to weekends) and 4-7 days to deliver depending on the country.

      We offer free express shipping on orders over $150.

      What are the care instructions?

      Our xMask skin can be washed by hand with soap or in the laundry machine under hand-wash mode and hang dry.

      Do not tumble dry the xMask skin and ensure to detach the filter and valves before washing. Do not store the mask in a bag unless fully dried.

      Our filters are non-washable due to using both mechanical and static filtering technology. If the filter is soaked in water, the static filtering efficiency will be reduced.
