At xSuit, we focus on fast, reliable, and internationally consistent delivery. All orders are shipped from our U.S. distribution centers in California and Illinois, with limited use of our Hong Kong facility (being phased out by December 31, 2025).

UPS (standard for all domestic orders)

- Orders placed after 10 AM Eastern Time process the next business day
- Weekend and holiday orders ship the next business day

We ship to:

Origin
- Most international orders ship from the U.S.
- Hong Kong operations are nearly depleted and will close on Dec 31, 2025.
VAT & Duties
International orders do not include VAT, import taxes, or duties. Your customs authority may require payment on delivery. These fees are the customer’s responsibility.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email automatically. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear.
If you can’t find your tracking link:
- Log in to your xSuit account to view all orders
- OR use the “View Order Status” link in your order confirmation email (no account required)
Order Adjustments
Address Changes
- If the order has not shipped, we can update the address.
- If the order has shipped, we can request a courier reroute on your behalf, but success is not guaranteed and may delay delivery.
Combining Multiple Orders
If both orders have not yet shipped, we can usually combine them. Please contact us quickly so we can check warehouse status and confirm.
Split Shipments for Backorders
If your order includes backordered items, you may request a split shipment so available items ship first.
Holding a Shipment
If your order has not yet shipped, we can place it on hold upon request.
Packaging, Invoices & Gift Requests
- We cannot remove invoices from shipments
- We cannot mark shipments as gifts or declare reduced values
- All orders are shipped according to commercial documentation requirements
Tracking Issues & Courier Delays
We only see the same tracking updates shown on your tracking page. For delivery delays, failed delivery attempts, or local courier issues, please contact the carrier first.
