- Care Instructions
- The xSuit is dry-clean only. Because The xSuit is stain-resistant, odor resistant and liquor repellent, it should only be dry-cleaned when absolutely necessary. We recommend dry cleaning the xSuit between 1-4 times a year, depending on the frequency of usage. For minor stains, simply apply a damp cloth to remove the stain.
- Wrinkles & Ironing
- Ironing is not required, and should be avoided when possible. In most cases, wearing the xSuit for a few minutes will cause wrinkles to disappear due to your body heat. If ironing is necessary, be sure to use the coolest setting possible and do not leave the iron on the material for prolonged periods of time. Steaming is a great alternative to ironing and should be used when possible.
- Stain & Liquid Repellency
- The xSuit is liquid-repellent, as well as stain-resistant. However, it is not waterproof and cannot be submerged in water. When stained, simply wipe off with a dry cloth, or apply a damp rag to remove excessive staining easily and efficiently.
- Durability Of Technology
- Through extensive testing, we've determined that the xSuit can be dry cleaned up to 10 times before it's water repellency begins diminishing. Due to the application of this technology, the xSuit does not require regular dry-cleaning, and should be done sparingly. After 10 dry cleans, the liquid repellency will diminish gradually every subsequent wash.
- Refer to our size chart or size guides for all body or garment measurements. If you are in between 2 sizes, we recommend buying 1 size up. Our suit is tailored to a slimmer cut (thought NOT a slim cut). If you prefer a more classic fit, we recommend sizing up.
- Tailoring Pants Inseams, Length & Hemming
- Our suit is easily tailored and any tailor can work with our products without the need of special materials. In fact, our pants run long so that you can get them hemmed to your perfect length. The best news? We reimburse for pant hemming via store credit. Just email a picture of your receipt to email@example.com and we will gladly credit you for the amount of hemming.
- Return Policy
- We have a 30-day return policy. All refunds will be issued back to your original payment method. Refunds are issued once your item has been received and processed by our fulfillment center. Please note, this can take up to 1 week after delivery. We offer returns on any gear that has not been used or altered/tailored. Note the term “used” meaning for the gear’s intended purpose, such as wearing to work, for a weekend getaway, or out to dinner. Any items returned that are altered, washed, worn, or damaged will not be eligible for refund or credit, and the items will be forfeited. All items must be returned in original packaging with all tags on the garments and un-altered. If you're unsure about anything, please don't hesitate to contact our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org. Clearance sales items are final and cannot be exchanged or returned.
- Exchange Policy
- We have a 30-day exchange policy. Exchanges are processed once your item has been received and processed by our fulfillment center. Please note, this can take up to 1 week after delivery. We understand that while we trust that our products are designed, produced, and manufactured in the best way possible, there's always room for improvement. We want you to get into gear from us that makes you 100% happy and while we are still expanding, it may take our customers a few tries to find that perfect fit, feel, and aesthetic exactly for you. If the new desired size is not available our team will contact you and offer you a refund or store credit. We offer free shipping and exchanges on any gear that has not been used or altered/tailored as a favor for your support, understanding, and flexibility. Note the term “used” meaning for the gear’s intended purpose, such as wearing to work, for a weekend getaway, or out to dinner. Taking the gear for a “test-drive” then deciding you don’t like it or would like a different color is not permitted. Any items returned that are altered/tailored, washed, worn, or damaged will not be eligible for exchange, and the items will be forfeited. On promotions including a 'free' item with order, the promotion item can't be exchanged. All items must be returned in original packaging with all tags on the garments and un-altered. Clearance sales items are final and cannot be exchanged or returned.
- How To Return Or Exchange?
- If you need to issue a return/exchange, you may do it through our Returns Center here. Simply enter your order number and email and choose the item(s) you would like to return/exchange.
- How Long Does The Process Take?
- We do our best to process returns immediately. Please allow 5-7 business days after your return is received for a refund to appear. For faster processing, you can always exchange for store credit.
- Returning An Item That I’ve Damaged
- We are unable to accept returns for gear that has been damaged by dry-cleaning, faulty care, accidents, etc. For gear that has been damaged as a result of a manufacturing defect (very rare), please email us at email@example.com with the following information: Your first and last name used to order, your order number for the damaged gear, description of the damage and photo(s) of the damage. If this happens, we can replace the item.
- Returning An Item That Is Undamaged
- We typically cannot take back merchandise that has been used. Note the term “used” refers to the gear’s intended purpose, such as wearing to work, for a weekend getaway, or out to dinner. Taking the gear for a “test-drive” then deciding you don’t like it or would like a different color is not permitted. - Shipping Address Change
- Our fulfillment center typically fulfills orders within 24-72 business hours. We ship with FedEx (4-5 days) for garments, and DHL (7-10 days) for masks. Send an email as soon as possible to email@example.com and we'll do our best to make the change. Depending on how soon we receive the address change email, we'll be able to let you know if the change can be made. We'll do all we can to help with an alternate solution if the above condition can't be met.
- When Will My Order Ship?
- Our fulfillment center typically fulfills orders within 24-72 business hours except holiday time where orders can take slightly longer to ship out. Orders placed anytime during the week will usually be shipped the following business day and orders placed on the weekend typically ship on the following Monday or Tuesday. We ship with FedEx (4-5 days) for garments, and DHL (7-10 days) for masks. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number.
- Missing Item(s)
- In the event of delivery of incomplete goods, the buyer must inform us by email within 24 hours, at firstname.lastname@example.org, requesting a new delivery that fits the order, with dispatch costs to be borne by us.
- Defective Article
- For gear that has been damaged as a result of a manufacturing defect (very rare), please email us at email@example.com with the following information: Your first and last name used to order, your order number for the damaged gear, a description of the damage and photo(s) of the damage. If this happens we can replace the item.
- Damaged Parcel
- If the contents of your parcel are damaged during transit, you must submit your claim in writing and by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Our customer service will reply to you and inform you of the process that follows.
- Payment Options
- We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express, as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Bitcoin.
- Modify My Order
- We are unable to edit an order once it’s been placed. If your order has not been packed or shipped yet, we may be able to cancel it and allow you to place a new order. To check on the status and see if you can cancel your order, please email email@example.com with your order number. If your order has already been packed and/or shipped, we are unable to turn it back around. Once you receive the gear, you may make any necessary returns or exchanges.
- Out Of Stock
- HOUSE OF X® comes out with new collections every season. If something is out of stock, you can sign up for “back in stock” email alerts on the product page of the out of stock item.
- Do I Pay Taxes?
- All of our dispatches are before taxes (including dispatches for exchanges). The taxes are due upon receipt of the parcel, according to the applicable laws in the destination country.
- How Much Are Duties?
- ALL ITEMS ARE DUTY FREE TO THE USA & AUSTRALIA.
We understand that customers may be frustrated with unexpected customs and duty charges not included in the initial order cost; however, these charges are imposed by your local government (varying by country) so we are unable to refund customers for these charges (including customs and duties charges for any further exchanges).
