Returns & Exchanges
If you are not 100% satisfied with your xSuit purchase, you can return your order to our warehouse for a refund or exchange within 45 days of delivery.
We offer Free Returns/Exchanges within the contiguous US and will provide you with a digital Prepaid USPS label that will need to be printed.

We offer 45-day hassle-free returns and exchanges for items in brand new, original condition (unwashed, unaltered). Product returns must include all accompanying accessories (hand tags, packaging, spare buttons, etc.).
Returns can be refunded to the original payment method or received as store credit. If you are returning your order for a full refund, please include any free item(s) received when shipping the return or you may be charged for them.
Returned products must be:
• In brand new condition
• With original hand tags & packaging
• Unwashed and unaltered
• No smells, stains or showing wear & tear
Once your return has arrived at our warehouse, please allow up to 7 business days for inspection and approval. After being approved, your refund will be issued. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases where we have made a shipping error.
International Returns & Exchanges
International customers must source their own return shipping label and are responsible for all return fees including customs/duties.

Gift cards are not valid for return or exchange.
Items purchased from any clearance sale or marked as Final Sale are not valid for return, exchange, or refund. If you receive a defective item, we will take responsibility and honor them under our 1-year warranty.
Due to the hygienic nature of masks, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once the package has been opened.
