We offer priority shipping for all our products worldwide. Orders are shipped out within 1-2 business days. Shipping usually takes 4-7 business days to be delivered.

Duties & Taxes
For recipients in Canada and Australia, we will reimburse any duties/taxes in the form of store credit. For countries other than Canada or Australia, we will not be able to cover or refund any duty fees incurred by your local laws.
We offer 30-day hassle free exchanges and returns for items that are in brand new, original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with the hang tags intact. Gift cards and clearance sale items are non-refundable. All product returns must be shipped back in their original packaging and include all accessories (hangers, collar tips, spare buttons, etc.). Returns are refunded to the original payment method used during purchase or can be received as store credit.
Return shipping is free within the US. International customers must source their own return shipping label and are responsible for all return fees including customs/duties.
xSuit, at its discretion, reserves the right to charge a restocking and repacking fee of up to 15% if products or packaging are returned in poor condition or missing components or accessories. In addition, xSuit reserves the right to not issue a refund or exchange at all if the return is missing components or accessories, or if products are damaged due to misuse or negligence.
