How do I guarantee my size?
All our products are hand made and due to such there is a 1-2cm tolerance that should be accounted for when choosing your size. If you fall in between a size, we recommended choosing the bigger size to ensure a proper fit. Please refer to our sizing chartbefore purchasing.
Can I return/exchange my items?
If you changed your mind with your purchase, you are most welcome to send back your purchase within 30 days after delivery for an exchange or a refund. Returned items must be unused and in original condition. Returns that do not satisfy these requirements will not qualify for a refund or an exchange.
We will refund your product(s) for the purchased value to the account originally used when making your purchase. Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable outside the USA.
What is the shipping time and cost?
Due to the current situation with COVID-19 across the globe, we have experienced very poor service with all different types of “free” postal service providers. Therefore, we decided to only offer a more reliable Express Shipping (FedEx or DHL) option to mitigate shipping issues and provide a better experience for all customers.
Please note that our shipping does not include potential custom fees outside the USA and Australia. Remote area charges might apply in certain areas.
Our orders take 24-72 hours to process (due to weekends) and 4-7 days to deliver depending on the country.
