Product Information

All versions of the xSuit have the same proprietary nanotechnology making them resistant to wrinkles, stains and odors.

The xSuit 5.0 is made with our newly developed TechWool fabric which is an 8-way stretch wool blend that incorporates the natural benefits of wool into the xSuit. This new fabric is even more wrinkle resistant, breathable, odor resistant and durable than the fabric of the xSuit 4.0.

The xSuit 4.0 and 3.0 are made with our specially developed 8-way stretch fabric that maximizes comfort and freedom of movement. They also use thermo-fused seams as opposed to stitched seams for maximum durability.

The xSuit 4.0 has a light shoulder and chest canvas as well as pocket flaps, giving it a more classic look compared to the xSuit 3.0. It is also machine wash only.

The xSuit 2.0 is fully lined and constructed with shoulder pads and a chest canvas giving it a more classic look while still being noticeably stretchy. It is dry clean only.

The xSuit 3.0 is unlined and unconstructed for a more casual look and feel. It is machine wash only.
Tailoring the xSuit 4.0 or 3.0 (apart from hemming the pants) is not recommended due to the thermo-fused construction. The xSuit 4.0 and 3.0 are designed to fit most men between 5’2” to 6’4”. If for some reason your xSuit doesn’t fit quite right, please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist.

The xSuit 2.0 can be tailored and altered with the right expertise, though we recommend working with a tailor that is confident he is able to work with our materials and constructions as they are not standard.

Tailored or altered garments won't be eligible for refunds or exchanges but are still covered by our 1-year warranty.
Our patented USA-developed nanotechnology is the highest-grade DWR nanotechnology currently available. It is not commonly found in clothing due to its cost and the level of expertise required to implement it.

Additionally, our nanotechnology is environmentally friendly. It is fully biodegradable and does not contain any arsenic, tin, heavy metals or polychlorinated phenols.

Note that the liquid-repellent function is not permanent and will diminish over time the more you wash your garments.
If stained, use a wet cloth or napkin to wipe off the stain or clean the dirty area by hand with cold water and soap.

If starting to smell, the xSuit 4.0/ 3.0 can be washed by hand or machine washed on a delicate cycle with light detergent. Do not use fabric softener or bleach.

Please note the xSuit 2.0/1.0 is dry clean only.
You will occasionally need to iron or steam your xSuit, especially after washing it in the washing machine (xSuit 4.0 or 3.0 only). Use a low temperature and quick strokes to smooth out any wrinkles.

For stubborn wrinkles, use a hot iron along with an ironing cloth, pillow case or bedsheet in between the iron and your garment. This allows you to apply more heat while protecting the fabric from burns.
All our products are designed and engineered in the USA. All trims and other components are sourced from Japan. Manufacturing takes place in China where employees are paid fairly, given benefits, and work regulated hours. We only partner with factories that align with our core values and share our sustainability goals.

Pre-Orders

A pre-order is the process of purchasing a product before it arrives at our warehouse. This allows you to reserve a unit and make sure you don’t miss out in the event that it sells out.
We always provide an estimated shipping date for pre-order products above the Add To Cart button. While we will do everything we can to make sure your order is shipped on or before this date, somethings things can take longer than expected due to supply chain issues.
You’ll be charged the full price upon placing your order.
You may cancel or edit your order at any time before it gets shipped out.

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not 100% satisfied with your xSuit purchase, you can return your order to our warehouse for a refund or exchange within 45 days of delivery.

We offer Free Returns/Exchanges within the contiguous US and will provide you with a digital Prepaid USPS label.

Returned items must be:
  • In brand new condition
  • With original hang tags & packaging
  • Unwashed and unaltered
  • No smell, stains or signs of wear & tear

Warranty Duration:
All products are backed by a 1-year warranty period from the date of receipt.

Warranty Coverage:
This warranty covers manufacturer / workmanship defects under normal use.

This warranty does not cover:
  • Products that were altered or modified in any way.
  • Products that were damaged resulting from:
    • Neglect, misuse, or improper storage
    • Excessive wear & tear, including but not limited to:
      • Stains caused by spills or contact with non-water based substances.
      • Color fading or discoloration from exposure to harsh detergents, chemicals, or fabric softeners.
      • Fabric stretching or distortion from improper care, including washing at high temperatures or using overly hot irons.
      • Holes, rips, or tears resulting from prolonged abrasive friction, like rubbing against rough surfaces or excessive use in high-friction areas.
Warranty Claim Procedure:
  • If you believe your product is defective, and outside our 45-day returns, please apply for a Warranty Claim through our returns portal within the warranty period.
    • If within the 45-day return period, you may apply for a Standard Return instead, and choose the option “It was damaged”.
    • You will be required to provide images of the defect, and a description of the issue.
  • For customers within the US, we will provide a return label.
  • For international customers, we will send return instructions via email. (If the warranty claim is valid, we will reimburse the return shipping cost.)
  • Once the item has arrived at our warehouse, please allow up to 7 business days for inspection.
  • After the inspection is done, and we have confirmed that the claim is valid, we will:
    • Replace / exchange the item, or issue a store credit.

As part of our commitment to exceptional customer service, we offer free returns and exchanges within the contiguous US. Domestic returns/exchanges will be provided with a digital prepaid USPS label and any exchanges will be shipped free of charge.

Shipping

We offer free shipping in the contiguous US for orders $150 and above. Orders under $150 will have a shipping cost of $15.
We currently only offer priority shipping, which takes around 3-7 business days for most countries.

Keep in mind that we are not able to guarantee shipping times as they may vary due to high volumes of orders, unforeseen delays on the couriers, and busy holiday seasons.
Orders are generally shipped out within 1 to 2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed on Fridays may not be processed for shipping until the following Monday morning. Once your order has been processed for shipment, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.
As soon as your order is shipped out from our warehouse, you will receive an email with a direct link to track your package.
