GENERAL

Where are xSuits made?

xSuits are designed in the US and Canada, and manufactured in Asia.

Do you offer express shipping?

At the moment we are only able to offer Priority Shipping which takes around 4-7 business days for most countries.

Delivery times do not include processing, which can take 1-2 business days.

How do gift cards and discount codes work?

Gift cards and discount codes can be entered during checkout (tap ‘Show order summary’ on mobile).

Only one discount code can be used per order. Discount codes expire after the promotion has ended (usually 1-2 weeks), and cannot be used more than once.

Discount codes do not work with discounted product bundles since there is already a discount being applied, but gift cards can still be used.

If you have already used a coupon code in the past, you will likely not be able to use it again for a second purchase.

ORDERS

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

We also accept Google Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal, Klarna, Afterpay, Affirm and Sezzle.

At this time, we do not accept cash, checks or money orders.

Interest-free payment plans

We’ve partnered with Klarna, Afterpay, Affirm and Sezzle to offer interest-free payment plans at no additional cost. Payment plans are only available for US customers at this time. T&Cs apply.

I placed an order and forgot to use my coupon code

If you forgot to apply your discount code, just send a quick message to our support team and we’ll do our best to help you out.

Can I cancel an order after it’s been placed?

You can cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it. If 24 hours have passed, you will need to set up a return after receiving the package. If you’ve paid for shipping, please be advised that we won’t be able to refund the shipping fee as the payment goes directly to our shipping partners.

I placed my order but haven't received my confirmation email

If you haven't received a confirmation within a few hours of placing your order, check your Spam or Junk folders, or reach out to us at support@xsuit.com or through live chat.

A product I just purchased is now marked at a lower price, can I get a price adjustment?

If the order was placed within 7 days of the price change, we’d be happy to issue store credits for any price difference.

Is the xSuit machine washable?

The xSuit 1.0 and xSuit 2.0 are dry clean only. The xSuit’s proprietary stain and odor resistant nanotechnology allows you to wear it for longer stretches of time before needing to be dry cleaned. Less dry cleaning means a longer lifespan for your xSuit, not to mention the time and money saved.

How safe is the liquid repellent nanotechnology?

Our proprietary liquid repellent nanotechnology is developed in the USA and is 100% safe and environmentally friendly.

How long does the liquid repellency last?

The xSuit can be dry cleaned up to 10 times before the liquid repellency starts to diminish. After 10 dry cleans, the liquid repellency starts to diminish about 5% per every 5 cleanings.

The xShirt and xTee 2.0 can be machine washed up to 10 times before the liquid repellency starts to diminish. After 10 washes, the liquid repellency starts to diminish about 5% per every 5 washes.

Why are the pants unhemmed?

We keep all of our pants unhemmed so that everyone is able to get the perfect pant length for them.

We will reimburse the cost of hemming up to $20 via store credit, just send a copy of the receipt to support@xsuit.com to claim your reimbursement.

Do your products have a warranty?

Our garments have a limited one-year warranty that covers any manufacturing defects. Read more here.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?

We offer 30 day exchanges and returns for items that are in brand new, original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) and packed in their original boxes with the hang tags intact. If your order arrives and you would like to return it, just send us an email at support@xsuit.com.

Return shipping is free within the US. International customers must source their own return shipping label and are responsible for all return fees including customs/duties.

If you’ve paid for shipping, please be advised that we won’t be able to refund the shipping fee as the payment goes directly to our shipping partners. Please also note that all products purchased via limited-time sales events (Black Friday, clearance, etc.) are considered final and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Masks and Filters

Due to the hygienic nature of masks and filters, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once the boxes have been opened. If there are any quality issues with your masks or filters, reach out to our support team and we will get a replacement sent out.

What is your exchange policy?

We offer free exchanges within 30 days for items that are in brand new, original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) and packed in their original boxes with the hang tags intact. To request an exchange, just send us an email at support@xsuit.com.

When will I receive my refund/exchange order?

Once we receive your package back at our warehouse, we'll inspect the condition of your package. When its conditions are approved, we'll send your new package right away or we’ll issue your refund - depending on the option you chose.

If you selected a refund, we will process this back onto your original payment method on file. Keep in mind that it can take your financial institution 7-14 business days to process the refund.

SHIPPING & TRACKING

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free for all US orders above $150. International shipping depends on the country and will be calculated at checkout.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are shipped out within 1 to 2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Once shipped, your order should arrive within 4 to 7 business days for most countries.

Do you cover taxes/customs fees?

International shipping charges do not include duties and taxes for applicable countries. You will need to pay the carrier at the time of delivery to release your order. Please note: If you refuse your package upon arrival, the shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.

Canada & Australia Duties/Taxes

If Canada or Australia is the selected shipping destination, we will reimburse any duties/taxes in the form of store credit. Please email support@xsuit.com with your order number and paid customs invoice once your delivery has arrived.

My order has shipped, where can I track it?

After your order has been shipped from our warehouse, we send you an email to the address you provided with a direct link to track your package. If you did not receive that email or cannot locate your tracking link, reach out to our support team and we can help track down your order.

SIZING & GARMENT CARE

What size should I order?

The easiest way to find your size is with the Find My Fit button next to the size options. All information entered in the Find My Fit menu is 100% private and not visible by anyone but you.

We also provide detailed size charts with all the measurements needed to find your size.

The xSuit is made with 6-way stretch fabric that gives you the option to size down for a slimmer fit without feeling tight in the shoulders or arms.

Care instructions

The xSuit 1.0 and xSuit 2.0 are dry clean only. The xSuit’s proprietary stain and odor resistant nanotechnology allows you to wear it for longer stretches of time before needing to be dry cleaned.

The xShirt and xTee are machine washable with cold water on delicate mode. Using a wash bag to machine wash will significantly increase the lifespan of your garments.
